Cosmetic Retouching on custom prints to eliminate minor blemishes or wrinkles is available for $20 per face per pose. CUSTOM enlargements are high quality machine produced prints that have been sprayed with a protective finish. DESIGNER enlargements are superior hand produced prints that are retouched to eliminate wrinkles, blemishes, and dust spots, custom cropped for the best composition, sprayed and also include a hard backing for ease in framing.

1. Bring $208.50 (Sitting fee of $100 And Tax, And Your $100 Partial Payment) When You Visit To Make Your Appointment. We Only Accept Cash and Checks. No Plastic Please.

$25 NSF fee on returned checks.

2. Arrive 20 Minutes Early For Your Appointment, and Pick Your Favorite Poses. Bring A Friend.

3. Smile! (Or No Smile)

4. We'll Call You in Approximately 2 Weeks To Say, "Your Portraits Have Arrived!" You'll Have 7 Days to Claim Them.

Want Them Sooner? Request Rush Fee.

5. Bring $200.

Take Your Proofs Home For 4 Days To Make Your Selections. Need more time? Just ask us!

6. Within 4 Days, Make An Appointment and Return Your Proofs With Your Completed Order Form. Pay The Balance Of Your Total Order, Minus $300. No Part Of An Order Can Be Picked Up Without Full Payment. Orders Left

At The Studio For More Than 30 days, Will Be Subject To A $15 Monthly Storage Fee.

Shipping: If You Would Like To Have Your Portraits Shipped To Your Home Via UPS, Please Include A $25 Shipping And Insurance Fee To Your Total.

SUGGESTIONS

IF YOU PLAN TO BRING SOMEONE UNDER 5 YEARS OLD, PLEASE PROVIDE A SITTER.

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please reschedule. Your time starts from your appointment time.

If you wear Glasses, please ask your optometrist to

loan you empty frames, or ask us in advance about lens removal to eliminate glare.

Seniors - Bring your Senior Ring, Honor Society collar, Trophies, etc. Bring Props that reflect your interests and personality. Bring belts, jewelry, shoes, accessories, etc., that match your outfits. Check for wrinkles, loose strings, buttons, etc., before you arrive.

Cosmetic Retouching is included with our packages. Glass glare, braces, tan lines, stray hairs, clothing, and other "non-skin" problems are not. Please see our "Digital Negative Retouching" notes.

Tan lines are very expensive ($35) per pose to remove. Groups should wear coordinated colors and clothing styles. Please Note: CELL PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN

CAMERA ROOM. Thank you.

REORDERS

- If additional portraits are ordered after 1 year, add a $10.00 Service Charge. Remember, color photographs ordered at a later date cannot be expected to match exactly due to being processed at different times.

SPECIAL NOTES

A $200 non-refundable down payment is required to take NON-Senior proofs out of studio. Failure to return proofs within 4 days will forfeit down payment. You will be billed for any damaged prints, Folios, boxes, etc.

All orders must be prepaid.

Portraits not picked up will be charged a $15 per month storage fee after 30 days.

Retouching to eliminate blemishes, etc. is available.

All prints & negatives are copyrighted and are the sole ownership of Ann Green. Copying or duplicating any photograph, including E-Mail, computer scanning, FAX, etc. is a violation of the Federal Copyright Act of 1978 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 and will result in civil and criminal prosecution.

Price schedule expires May 30, 2010.

Holidays, Mar., Apr., & May Studio Fees must be prepaid and are not refundable nor subject to rescheduling.
